What is Chicano literature, and how is it similar or different from other American literatures? We will journey through the world of Chicano novels, short stories, creative non-fiction, drama, essay, poetry, graphic writings, and other hybrid forms of literature to understand the cultural, intellectual, sociopolitical traditions of the Mexican American in the United States.
